Nestled above Amberjack Street, at the crossroads of Padre Boulevard, Seven Sparrows Tattoo is a homage to Raul’s deep connection to the island’s tattooing legacy. It was here, at 2500 Padre Boulevard, where Raul learned the art of tattooing under the guidance of the legendary “Harpoon” Barry Welch, the first tattoo artist on South Padre Island.
